Your mission: Carry out the production of hot and cold cuisine and the distribution of meals. Plan menus, as well as catering and VIP offers in connection with the chef. Replace the chef during his absences. Ensure inventory management, account keeping, and invoice control. Guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of the prepared dishes. Carry out order tracking and stock management of goods. Train and supervise the kitchen team. Respect food hygiene rules, in order not to endanger the health of staff and customers. Your profile: You have experience in community catering and gastronomy. You have very good interpersonal skills. You have a team spirit, are motivated, and like challenges. You are proactive, precise, and have excellent organizational skills. Holder of a CFC chef's certificate or a deemed equivalent title.
