V-ZUG Customer Service is the first point of contact for all concerns regarding our high-quality household appliances - and thus the heart of a customer experience that inspires. What this position offers you ###

• You are close to our customers every day - both by telephone and in writing. Here you have the opportunity to achieve a real impact: with an open ear, rapid solutions, and a personal touch, you ensure that our customers know they are in good hands from the very beginning
• In this central coordination function, you coordinate appointments with our customers and plan the assignments as well as the daily tours of our service technicians. In doing so, you receive a lot of creative freedom and the opportunity to actively help shape and optimize processes
• You are the voice that reliably accompanies our customers: you inform proactively about repair appointments and installations, thereby creating trust - even where no definitive solution is yet available
• Pending orders and status lists help you to keep an overview, even in a versatile everyday routine. This allows you to recognize at any time where action is required and to step in where it counts

What you bring to the position ###

• You have completed commercial training and bring several years of professional experience in a comparable activity - whether dispatching, contact center, or customer service: you know the business and know what matters
• You perform at your best when in contact with customers. You can draw on a wealth of experience in telephone customer contact and find the right tone even in difficult conversations
• You are an upbeat, communicative personality - and do not let yourself be unsettled even in hectic moments. Commitment and a positive aura are natural to you
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and with high organizational skills - you keep several balls in the air at the same time and never lose track
• You are proficient in using common IT systems and are open to continuously expanding your knowledge
• You communicate confidently in German and French - clearly, professionally, and in a partnership-based manner. Other language skills are a welcome plus
