Customer Service Advisor and Cancellation Specialist

Tasks: • Consulting and supporting customers on site • Receiving and recording repair and service orders • Creating and preparing quotes as well as cost estimates • Active sales of additional service and maintenance work • Planning and creating workshop orders • Supporting customers with technical questions • Invoicing and administrative processing of orders • Handover of repaired vehicles to customers including explanation of work carried out Requirements: • Completed training in the automotive industry or in a technical profession • Additional commercial or administrative training is an advantage • Enjoyment of working with customers and pronounced service orientation • Interest in modern IT systems and digital work processes • Independent, reliable and organized way of working • Driver's license category B required • Driver's licenses of categories BE, C or CE are an advantage
