Gastronomy Manager (M/F)

Job Description

• Manage all F&B operations across several sites and guarantee quality of service
• Supervise, structure and develop a team of managers
• Optimize staffing and financial performance (turnover, costs, productivity)
• Make quick decisions and ensure operational stability in a seasonal environment
• Develop the attractiveness of offers and contribute to the F&B strategy

Profile sought
-----------------

• Minimum 10 years of experience in catering, including significant experience in multi-site management
• Proven experience in managing large teams (100+ employees)
• Solid mastery of financial issues (P&L, staffing ratios, productivity)
• Assertive leadership and ability to impose a demanding framework on restaurant managers
• Very operational profile: capable of moving from strategic management to field action
• Resistance to pressure and strong decision-making capacity
• Mastery of French and English (German an asset, Italian a plus)
• Experience in a mountain environment appreciated
