Cook

For our mountain restaurant, La Tsigère, located on the St-Luc-Chandolin ski area, we are looking for a cook at 95% for the 2026-2027 winter season. Your missions: • Creation of ratios and technical sheets • Pre-service mise en place • Preparation and sending of orders • Ordering of products with suppliers • Management of Kitchen and storeroom stocks • Perfect knowledge of the establishment and the menu (allergens, …) • Post-service cleaning and tidying • Control of temperatures, hygiene and safety in the kitchen • Ensuring consistency in preparation and plate decoration What we offer you: • On-site accommodation at a preferential rate (subject to availability) • Continuous hours • Administrative support for EU/EFTA candidates with coverage of costs related to the application for a residence permit • "Loss of earnings due to illness" insurance fully covered by the employer • Varied meals with half covered as a benefit in kind
