IT Project Manager

For our client, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (m/w/d) for modern contact center and customer experience projects. In this role, you will take responsibility for the successful implementation of complex integration projects and act as a central interface between customers, partners, and internal teams. Area of responsibility • Management of contact center, CRM, and digital CX projects from planning to successful introduction • Control of project scope, budget, resources, and schedules • Coordination of customers, partners, and internal specialist and technical teams • Conducting workshops and requirements analyses with relevant stakeholders • Ensuring high-quality and timely project implementation • Support in the introduction of cloud, unified communications, and contact center solutions • Active communication and escalation management throughout the project duration Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management, engineering, or comparable training • Several years of experience in managing IT, CRM, CX, digitalization, or AI projects • Experience in the contact center or unified communications environment is an advantage • Knowledge of cloud technologies and ideally Salesforce or other CRM solutions • Experience in moderating workshops and stakeholder management • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, IPMA, or Scrum) • Structured, organized, and team-oriented way of working • Fluent German and English skills, French is an advantage Experis® is a worldwide leading provider of IT personnel recruitment, permanent positions, project solutions, and managed services.
