🏔️ Welcome to Bündnerland – in the middle of Luzern

At Bündnerland Luzern, we bring a piece of Graubünden to the Luzern old town. Everything with us revolves around Bündner specialties, honest products, and really good hospitality.

We source our products from regional producers, traditional businesses, and small manufactories – many of them directly from Graubünden.
At the same time, we work closely with strong Luzern partners such as Chäs Barmettler and the Stadtmetzgerei Doggwiler.

Quality is not a marketing term for us. We want to know where our products come from and who stands behind them.

And it is being received: Currently, we are able to welcome and delight around 200–230 guests daily.

Our kitchen team consists of 10 employees. Now we are looking for a personality who complements our team and brings the potential and the will to take over the position as Sous Chef / Deputy Head Chef in the future.

It is not important to us that you can do everything already today.

What is much more important to us is that you want to.

You want to take on responsibility, think ahead, contribute, and develop the kitchen together with us. You are someone who can be relied upon – even when it gets really busy in the evening.
