Your role

Do you like variety and enjoy being there whenever support is needed? Then this position could be just right for you. Here, a wide-ranging all-rounder function with a lot of personal responsibility awaits you: from personnel administration via payroll accounting and social insurance to tasks in accounting. Important for this position: You are already familiar with the construction industry from your professional daily life – ideally from the main or secondary construction industry – and bring sound experience in payroll accounting and social insurance.

Your tasks

• Personnel administration: Accompanying the entire HR lifecycle – from entry through administrative support to exit
• Payroll: Independent management of the payroll accounting using the four-eyes principle
• Social insurance: Processing of notifications and forms as well as contact with social insurance institutions, authorities, offices and other external bodies
• Absences & working time: Management of time tracking and absence management
• Accounting: Cooperation in accounts payable accounting and support in accounts receivable accounting
• Closings: Support with monthly and annual closings
• All-rounder: Taking on further administrative and organizational tasks in daily business

What you bring

• Completed commercial basic training (mandatory)
• Several years of professional experience in personnel management and in overall HR administration
• Sound practical experience in payroll accounting
• Good knowledge of social insurance and understanding of labor law topics
• Industry experience in the construction industry is important for this position
• Further training in personnel management, e.g., as a personnel assistant or personnel clerk, is an advantage
• Proficient MS Office skills; Abacus knowledge is a plus
• Precise, efficient and independent way of working
• You roll up your sleeves, think along and feel comfortable in a versatile all-rounder function
• Initiative, assertiveness and resilience even when things get hectic
