Technical Customer Support

• Regular alignment and technical support with key customers
• Coordination and processing of customer inquiries
• First point of contact for customer requests and complaints
• Maintaining customer-specific Action Tracking Lists
• Regular coordination with the operational Customer Service Team
• Creating customer-specific after-sales offers
• Proactive sale of product upgrades and spare parts packages
• Coordination of discontinued parts (internal/external – last order)

Product Management

• Regular analysis of our products compared to the competition
• Provision of sales documents for creating offers and customer presentations
• Development of product requirements (feasibility studies, creation of specifications)
• Definition of Recommended Spare Part Lists, spare parts and maintenance concepts, as well as their management
• Evaluation of customer feedback including suggestions for product improvements
• Creation of aviation law user and training concepts
• Development of fundamentals for product calculations
• Newsletters and customer surveys
