We are looking for our customer, a traditional 5* house in a prime location in Bern, with various F&B outlets and approx. 120 rooms, for an engaged and passionate front personality.

Tasks & Challenges

• Leadership and guidance of the service team in daily business as well as support in the further development of employees
• Organization and monitoring of the processes during the various service times
• Ensuring a constant quality level and compliance with operational standards
• Collaboration in service and taking over guest care on the floor
• Organization and implementation of smaller banquets and events
• Expert advice to guests when selecting food and drinks
• Close coordination with the F&B area regarding training, processes and operational topics
• Responsibility for a structured service process and professional care of the guests

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed training in upscale hotel management/gastronomy
• Graduation from a hotel management school
• Professional experience in a similar leadership function
• Initial leadership experience, for example as a Shift Leader or Team Leader
• Responsible and organized way of working
• Resilient personality with flexibility in changing daily business
• Communicative and reliable appearance in dealing with guests and employees
• Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
• Languages: German, French and English
