Head of Donor Contact Centers (m/f/d) 80%

In this responsible management position, you will lead and develop the management of our donor contact centers and actively shape the support and acquisition of our donors. Together with three team leaders and a dedicated team, you will ensure professional donor service and thus make an important contribution to the sustainable assurance of the blood supply.

What you can achieve

• You bear the overall responsibility for the donor contact centers in Bern and Sitten as well as for donor administration in Bern
• You lead three team leaders as well as a dedicated team and continuously develop the organization
• You ensure a professional, service-oriented donor service and thereby create an important foundation for the sustainable blood supply
• You drive the digitalization of the department forward and take on a central role in the introduction and further development of CRM systems
• You promote a positive and appreciative team culture and create optimal conditions for high service quality

What you bring with you

• You have a business administration education with a specialization in marketing and/or communication (Uni, FH or HF)
• You bring several years of leadership experience as well as experience in managing projects
• You are characterized by quick comprehension, a structured way of working, and a high awareness of quality
• You are IT-savvy and have experience in managing digital projects
• You enjoy personal exchange, have a strong flair for communication, and the cultivation of customer relationships
• You have very good French language skills and are willing to travel regularly to Sitten
