For our Nursing Pool management team, we are looking for a reliable person who has the day-to-day business firmly under control and acts as the first point of contact for employees and internal departments. The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ###

These tasks await you

• As the first point of contact, you manage our telephone as well as the central email inbox and ensure that inquiries are processed quickly and reliably.
• You transfer bookings into the roster planning system (PEP) and thus support correct planning.
• The management team relies on your support with administrative tasks, e.g., with the registration of new employees.
• With your eye for detail, you keep data up to date and contribute to efficient processes.
• Thanks to your structured way of working, everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial vocational training or experience in a comparable administrative function.
• MS Office is part of your daily work routine, in particular, you use Excel confidently and routinely.
• You communicate in a stylish manner in German and understand Swiss German without problems.
• Independence, reliability and a strong service orientation characterize you.
• Ideally, you are already familiar with the USZ, but your motivation and interest in the task are even more important to us.

Our benefits

• Your regular working days are Monday and Tuesday from 8 am to 5 pm. Telephone accessibility as well as the management of the email inbox should be ensured from 8 am to 4 pm.
• For a successful start, we accompany you with a structured introduction. During the first two weeks, you will therefore work together with the team for two days each between Wednesday and Friday.
• After your induction, there is the possibility to work from home on Monday.
