What you can achieve

• You accompany bereaved persons empathetically through inheritance and estate matters
• You answer their questions in several languages and ensure that they are clarified competently and reliably
• You show how the customer relationship with PostFinance can be continued, and thus actively strengthen customer loyalty
• After the induction, you take on additional administrative tasks and contribute your own ideas to optimize the processes in the competence center

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) and several years of experience in telephone customer contact
• Empathy, sensitivity and a confident appearance when dealing with customers
• Excellent German skills in speaking and writing as well as very good Italian and French skills
