• Preparation and cooking of the breakfast buffet, egg dishes as well as coffee breaks and à-la-carte dishes • Independent organization and execution of the entire breakfast service in consultation with the chef • Ensuring a constantly high quality of food • Mise en Place for the following day • Compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines according to HACCP • Cleaning and care of the work area as well as the kitchen equipment • Close cooperation with the service and kitchen team • Responsibility for goods receipt, inspection and professional storage • Experience in the breakfast sector or in comparable gastronomic establishments • Independent, reliable and structured way of working • High service and quality orientation • Resilient, punctual and team-oriented • Enjoyment of an early start to work • Good German skills; further languages an advantage
