ASSC / Long-Term Centralized Pool (PCLD) / at 80-100% / in CDI

The long-term centralized pool (PCLD) is composed of nurses, assistants in community nursing and healthcare (ASSC), as well as home helpers. They intervene throughout the canton of Genève to carry out replacements, of approximately ten to twelve months, in our branches. The mission of this pool is to guarantee continuity as well as optimal quality of services for our clients. Your missions and responsibilities Provide basic care and medico-technical acts delegated by the referring nurse in a global approach to the client Promote the increase, recovery or maintenance of the client's autonomy to allow them to restore, continue or adapt their way of life at home Perform practical help services while respecting the client's lifestyle and their environment Work interdisciplinary, respecting the institutional mission and objectives Evaluate and re-evaluate practical help situations and assume responsibility for them. Your profile Appetite to diversify experiences across different Geneva sectors, different teams and clienteles Liking challenges and discoveries Federal certificate of capacity as ASSC and authorization to practice in the canton of Genève Sense of communication and relationship with others, listening skills Ability to evaluate situations and act responsibly Resistance to stress and physical work Ability to work autonomously and interprofessionally within a multidisciplinary team Mobility indispensable (on foot / by bike / by TPG / by car).
