ICT Operational Engineer - IAM & Fulfillment

As part of our ART, you will work in a 2nd-level operations organization with an agile way of working. You are an important interface between 1st level, 3rd level, internal specialist departments, and our customers. In doing so, you contribute to solving disruptions sustainably, recognizing recurring patterns, and continuously improving our processes. At the same time, you take on technical responsibility for the topic of Identity & Access Management (IAM) within the ART in the FulFillment team and continuously develop it together with the relevant stakeholders.

• You assume the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) role for the topic of Identity & Access Management (IAM) within the FulFillment team and actively drive its further development
• You are responsible for the administration and assignment of roles and permissions in the customer portal My Swisscom Business for internal stakeholders and customers and ensure consistent and secure authorization management
• You continuously develop the IAM ecosystem in the environment of beem together with product teams, architecture, and other stakeholders and actively contribute new requirements as well as optimization potential
• You work closely with 1st level, 3rd level, product management, architecture, and other specialist departments and coordinate IAM-relevant issues across organizational boundaries
• You observe trends and developments in the field of Identity & Access Management and contribute new ideas to take the topic to the next level within the ART and especially in the beem environment

Your Skills

• Degree (FH/HF) in the ICT environment or equivalent degree with good specialist knowledge in Identity & Access Management
• Experience in operational support, in fulfillment, or in the processing of customer and system processes
• Networked thinking, you recognize connections and derive the right conclusions
• Solution-oriented, reliable, and independent way of working
• Confident appearance and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Very good German or French, good English; other national languages an advantage
• Experience with Swisscom B2B systems an advantage
