Your tasks ##

• You are responsible for the review and opening of manual and complex client openings of legal entities
• You control all openings according to VSB, GwG, and internal guidelines
• You mutate data as well as especially KYC information in Avaloq, which are commissioned by the client advisors
• You mutate and update client master data in the banking system Avaloq in relation to FATCA/CRS/VSB data
• You answer internal inquiries to support the various actors in client care and to ensure constructive cooperation
• You work on projects and system tests for the implementation of new or improved applications, automations, digitalizations, and process optimizations
• You offer second-level support for the Client Opening and Client Lifecycle teams
• You are responsible for updating instructions, work instructions, and processes

Your profile ##

You have completed a banking apprenticeship and have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in the area of client openings and/or in compliance of a bank. Good knowledge in the area of legal and statutory requirements for banks, especially VSB, GwG, and GwV, completes your profile. As a committed, resilient, and team-oriented person, you are used to working independently and reliably and you know how to assert yourself. Knowledge of the banking system Avaloq, basic knowledge in project management, as well as sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products are an advantage. We expect very good knowledge in French and German, both spoken and written; other languages are welcome.
