Your activities
The SEAE's mission is to administratively manage students and the teaching curricula of the Faculty in a fair, equitable, and consistent manner, particularly regarding regulations, study plans, admissions, exams, and appeals.
Your main missions will be:
• Autonomously ensure the secretariat of the Faculty and the SEAE, as well as administrative support related to appeals;
• Take charge of the material management of the Faculty;
• Facilitate communication processes within the Faculty;
• Manage the reception and relations with the users of the Faculty.
Your profile
You are an organized, reliable, discreet, and solution-oriented person. You enjoy contact and interactions.
We are looking for the following profile:
• CFC in commercial employment or training deemed equivalent.
• Excellent command of French, and of English (C1 level),
• Experience in secretariat, ideally in an academic or training environment.
• Proactivity, comfortable with changes and flexibility.
• Very good command of office tools (MS-Office) and ease with digital tools (OLGAH, SylviaAcad. and Teams, an asset).
