Your tasks
Co-responsibility for the smooth operation of the IT Service Desk, the maintenance of the data centers and the technical systems
Receipt of fault reports and support requests as well as processing and resolving faults
Prioritization according to urgency/impact and categorization of faults
Opening of tickets and assignment to the 2nd/4th-Level-Support as well as monitoring of the tickets
Collaboration in technician dispatch as well as support with fault rectification at the points of sale
Proactive support in the ongoing expansion of knowledge within the organization as well as in the improvement of processes and structures
Your profile
Completed IT training EFZ
ITIL-Foundation certification is an advantage
Native German language as well as English skills
Upbeat personality with good communication skills as well as enjoyment of telephone and direct customer contact
High customer and service orientation
Readiness and mobility for assignments in shift work and on-call service
