Your role & your tasks

• IT Support & user support

Planning, coordination, and execution of first- and second-level support for our employees. You analyze and resolve hardware and software problems and support users in the daily use of our IT systems.

• User and authorization management

Administration of user accounts, email accounts, Teams, SharePoint, as well as access rights. In addition, you support the structured onboarding and offboarding of new employees.

• IT infrastructure & operation

Support in the operation and further development of our IT infrastructure, including end devices, networks, cloud services, as well as backup and recovery solutions.

• IT security & compliance

Collaboration in the implementation of data protection, information security, and cyber security measures as well as support with security audits and risk analyses.

• Digitalization & projects

Collaboration in IT and digitalization projects, evaluation of new technologies, as well as support for specialist departments in the optimization of processes and systems.

Your profile

• Completed training as Informatiker/in EFZ, ICT-Fachfrau/-Fachmann EFZ or a comparable IT training
• Initial professional experience in IT support or IT operation is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 world (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID)
• Interest in network, cloud, and security technologies
• Analytical mindset and pleasure in solving technical challenges pragmatically
• High service and customer orientation as well as independent way of working
• Communicative and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license category B for assignments in external branches
