In order to strengthen our Sales & Distribution team, we are looking for a person to hold the position of: Transport ticket controller Your missions As a true ambassador for TRAVYS, you are in daily contact with our clientele and contribute to offering a safe, pleasant, and quality travel experience. You ensure compliance with transport conditions while providing a professional welcome and personalized assistance to travelers. As part of this function, you are notably required to: Check transport tickets on the entire TRAVYS network in compliance with procedures and safety rules; Inform, advise, and guide travelers regarding schedules, connections, itineraries, fares, and network disruptions; Accompany customers requiring special assistance (persons with reduced mobility, families, children, or other travelers in difficulty); Establish infringement reports, proceed with identity checks in accordance with legal provisions, and collect amounts due when necessary; Ensure compliance with rules of conduct on board vehicles and in stations, while contributing to the travelers' sense of security; Manage delicate situations with calmness, professionalism, and a de-escalation approach; Report anomalies observed on the network (cleanliness, equipment, signage, disruptions) and ensure the link with the relevant services; Establish intervention reports, ensure the administrative follow-up of controls, and guarantee the reliability of the information transmitted; Contribute to maintaining a positive image of TRAVYS through an exemplary attitude and an excellent sense of service. Your profile You hold a CFC or a training deemed equivalent; Ideally, you benefit from experience in a field related to customer service, security, control, or public transport; You enjoy contact with customers and possess an excellent sense of service; You demonstrate confidence, composure, and know how to manage conflict situations with diplomacy and professionalism; You are an upright, reliable person capable of applying rules with discernment and fairness; You communicate with ease and know how to adopt a posture adapted to each situation; You are comfortable with digital tools and control devices; You are willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays; You hold a category B driver's license.
