Your tasks

• Client support and communication as well as ensuring basic care;
• Carrying out client administration;
• Data entry and dossier management in KLIBnet;
• Accompanying integration measures;
• Creating cost approvals; decrees and requirements;
• Interface for internal and external partners (written and oral);
• Constructive, transparent and efficient cooperation with internal and external contact persons;
• No influence on the asylum procedure.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the commercial field, social insurance administration or social support with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, with at least 5 years of professional experience;
• Good IT user skills (MS-Office) - KlibNet knowledge is an advantage;
• Reliable, exact and independent way of working;
• Flexible, resilient and accustomed to acting independently, networked and customer-oriented;
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, native language or with language certificate level C2; further foreign languages an advantage;
• Experience in support;
• Experience in administration;
• Empathic, loyal and transparent;
• Respect for human dignity and integrity regardless of origin, religion and gender;
• Sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data;
• Readiness to perform weekend and holiday shifts in shift operation (without night shifts).

Your working environment

The Social Services Asylum department within the Cantonal Social Office is responsible for the counseling, support, assistance and accommodation of individuals and families in the asylum, refugee, hardship and emergency aid sector of the entire Canton Zug.
