As Team Lead HR Services, you take responsibility for our HR Administration and HR Systems. Together with your team, you ensure that our HR Services are positioned efficiently, customer-oriented and future-oriented. Your tasks: You lead and develop a team of seven employees in the areas of HR Administration and HR Systems You ensure professional, efficient and service-oriented HR Administration along the entire Employee Lifecycle - from entry to exit You are responsible for the continuous optimization, standardization and digitalization of our HR processes and services You further develop our HR system landscape together with internal stakeholders and ensure that systems and processes mesh optimally You lead projects for the modernization and automation of HR Services and actively contribute new ideas You work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT as well as our business areas and see yourself as a competent contact person for all topics surrounding HR Services As a practical instructor, you are responsible for the training of our KV apprentice You promote the further development of your team and create an environment in which cooperation, individual responsibility and continuous improvement are lived What you bring with you: Several years of experience in HR Administration and sound knowledge of the entire Employee Lifecycle Experience in leading teams or in managing cross-departmental HR projects Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration or a related subject area or an equivalent qualification with corresponding professional experience Demonstrable experience in the optimization, digitalization or modernization of HR processes A high affinity for HR systems as well as enjoyment in designing processes efficiently and in a future-oriented manner; experience with Workday is an advantage A structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and strategic foresight Enjoyment in developing people, accompanying changes and successfully bringing different stakeholder groups together Very good German and English skills What distinguishes you: You understand HR Services as an important success factor for the company.
