Do you hold a Federal Diploma of Detention Officer, ideally supplemented by an FSEA 1 adult trainer certificate?

Do you have at least 5 years of experience in the field of detention/security?

Do you master French orally and in writing (C1 level)?

Do you have a driver's license?

Security Sector Manager,

Your missions

As Security Sector Manager, your main mission will consist of supervising and training a group of beneficiaries in integration measures for the profession of detention/security officer, via practical activities, theoretical input, and simulation exercises, with the aim of promoting their re/integration into the labor market:

• Transmit the technical and theoretical basics relating to the profession of security/detention officer
• Set objectives, evaluate acquired skills, and monitor the progress of each beneficiary with regard to the set objectives
• Ensure the coordination and supervision of field activities in connection with the security of the Cooperative's sites: distribute tasks and adapt the organization of activities according to internal needs, sector objectives, and the capacities of the beneficiaries, control the work performed, and guarantee compliance with procedures and security requirements
• Support beneficiaries in their activities in order to develop their professional and personal skills
• Prepare beneficiaries for the tests of the SPEN selection process, notably by providing support in French
• Ensure the administrative management of the sector and guarantee rigorous monitoring of attendance/absences
• Collaborate with HR advisors in supporting beneficiaries throughout the measure, and participate in follow-up interviews

Extended hours (range 7:00 am – 8:00 pm), Monday to Saturday, according to schedule
