As the true right hand of the Executive Chef, you will actively participate in the daily management of the kitchens by being present on the ground alongside the teams. You will ensure the smooth running of operations, the constant quality of services and compliance with the establishment's standards. You will coordinate the management teams, organize resources according to activity and contribute to maintaining a unifying and demanding work climate. Involved in production when the situation requires it, you will also support the implementation of culinary offers, events and development projects. You will participate in the recruitment, integration and development of employees, while ensuring compliance with procedures, the proper use of equipment as well as the control of costs and performance indicators of the department. Profile sought With the benefit of solid culinary training, you have proven experience in management positions acquired within high-end hotel establishments characterized by large production volumes. Comfortable both behind the stoves and in managing operations, you are able to manage several activities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of demand in terms of quality, organization and service. As a hands-on manager, you like being present on the ground, supporting your teams and creating a positive dynamic favoring collective performance. You master organizational aspects, food costs, hygiene rules as well as the main performance indicators of a kitchen department. Recognized for your sense of responsibility, your reactivity and your excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to make decisions, manage priorities and evolve easily in a demanding environment. Mastery of French is indispensable as well as good knowledge of English.
