Your area of responsibility Responsibility for end-to-end recruiting of specialist experts and key roles, from the hiring meeting to successful placement Conducting hiring meetings with line management and HRBP to clarify the profile, the story and the target group-specific search strategy Designing a professional candidate experience - committed, transparent and fitting the Komax culture Further development of recruiting standards, in particular interview structure, assessment logic and assessments, as well as ensuring value & culture fit and recruiting training for line management Consistent use of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, active participation in its further development as well as in the introduction of new technologies in recruiting in close cooperation with Group HR and the Global Recruiting Community Analysis of recruiting KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality and process bottlenecks and derivation of concrete improvements Participation in employer branding, on the career site and in social media recruiting as well as contributing the recruiting perspective to the further development of our employer positioning Your profile Experienced in end-to-end recruiting or in talent acquisition, ideally in an industrial-technical environment Good understanding of the labor market as well as a sense for employer positioning and modern recruiting channels Strong advisory competence and confident stakeholder management in dealing with line management, HRBP and external partners Confident handling of recruiting systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus Enjoyment of data, KPIs and continuous improvement of processes, quality and candidate experience Winning, proactive and implementation-strong personality with strong communication and advisory skills Your benefits Your new place of work in Dierikon is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and work equipment.
