Kitchen helper (W/M/X)

For our campus in Montreux, we are looking for a:

Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the daily production of the assigned section in accordance with the Executive Chef’s instructions
• Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables
• Prepare salads, seafood, fish, etc.
• Deliver high-quality food in collaboration with other members of the F&B team
• Ensure variety in meals
• Apply HACCP standards and ensure they are respected within the production area

Qualifications and Skills:

• CFC in Culinary Arts or equivalent
• 2 years of experience as a cook
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of English
• Strong knowledge of international recipes
• Creative, autonomous, and flexible
• Able to execute assigned tasks quickly and professionally
• Enjoy working as part of a team
