Based in Genève, it primarily operates for foreign individuals, expatriates, and clients subject to cross-border tax issues, particularly in Switzerland and internationally. Legal & Tax Assistant Your mission ## Within a team of tax specialists, you will ensure the administrative and documentary management of client files and contribute to the smooth running of tax compliance processes. You play a central role in the preparation, monitoring, and organization of files while guaranteeing the quality and compliance of the documentation. Responsibilities ## • Prepare, organize, and ensure the follow-up of clients' tax files. • Collect, control, and file the documents necessary for tax returns. • Ensure the monitoring of deadlines and required documentation. • Prepare forms, certificates, and administrative documents related to tax obligations. • Manage correspondence with clients as well as with Swiss and, depending on the files, foreign tax authorities. • Ensure the update of databases and document management systems. • Provide daily administrative support to tax specialists. • Guarantee the confidentiality and quality of the information processed. Profile sought ## • Training in legal secretarial work, legal assistance, administration, or Swiss taxation mandatory. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a law firm, a fiduciary, a tax firm, or a similar professional environment in Switzerland. • Good understanding of Swiss tax procedures and documentary compliance processes. • Excellent organizational skills, priority management, and great rigor. • Acute sense of confidentiality and detail. • Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office). • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
