Our Reserving & Valuation Single Life team in Risk Management & Actuarial L&S is looking for an open-minded, committed and team-oriented leader with leadership qualities. The Reserving & Valuation EL team is responsible for technical reserving as well as the calculation of risk indicators according to Solvency II and Swiss Solvency Test (SST) for the single life business of AXA Schweiz.   In the area of Risk Management & Actuarial, it is our task to systematically and proactively help shape how AXA Schweiz handles its own risks as a reliable partner.  In this way, we ensure that AXA is more resilient against unforeseen events, and that we can meet our obligations to customers at all times.      What awaits you • Management of the team with 8 employees • Technical and procedural responsibility for reserving in the context of statutory and IFRS accounting of the single life business • Participation in the implementation of the new accounting standard IFRS 17 • Responsibility for the technical and procedural assurance of the calculations as well as the reporting of the Swiss Solvency Test (SST) and Solvency II in the single life context • Calculations of product profitability in single life insurance • Further development and improvement of processes with efficiency increases as well as optimization of data bases • Interface to the risk management of our parent company. Maintenance of diverse contacts to Finance, Pricing, Controlling   What you bring with you • Professional experience in the insurance industry in the quantitative field • Degree in a scientific or economic discipline, training as Actuary SAV an advantage • Joy and commitment to the management and further development of the employees of a team, leadership experience is a great advantage • Experience with agile methods • Quick comprehension as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills • Independent and communicative personality with a flair for the understandable communication of complex relationships • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing • Do you enjoy working with agile methods and are you an active team player with strong communication skills and pronounced leadership skills?
