About the role
Our client, a company offering online banking services, is looking for a Customer Service Agent to support their team during a peak period. At the heart of the customer service team, you will assist customers by processing their requests by phone and via the application. No specific prior training is required; your motivation and energy will make the difference and you will be trained on-site!

Tasks
Processing customer requests via the application
Assisting customers by phone
Answering customer questions by email
We are looking for
Initial experience in customer service
Immediate availability
Basic notions in finance (investment, platforms, etc.), an asset
Mastery of French and English (fluently, min. C1)
Knowledge of Italian or German, a strong asset
