For Senevita Güpf in Wohlen AG, we are looking for a Team Leadership with Responsibility Inhouse-Spitex 80-100% # Your Tasks ## • You will take over the technical and personnel management of employees together with the nursing service management and ensure high-quality nursing processes in the department • You will take over the daily responsibility and late shift and show willingness to work at most two weekends per month • You will lead your team with commitment, set a good example, and promote motivation and teamwork • You will support the planning, coordination, and organization of daily nursing care based on our nursing concept • You will conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC customers • You will ensure a smooth flow of information between residents, relatives, and the nursing team What you bring ## • Completed training as a Dipl.
