Head Chef (m/f/d)

To lead our 5-7 person team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Head Chef (m/f/d) This is a permanent year-round position. Your area of responsibility covers all kitchen stations. Our à la carte offering provides Swiss cuisine, which can be refined with creative ideas. We offer continuous warm cuisine throughout the day from 11 am to 9 pm. Your tasks: • Organizational, planning, and leadership tasks • Ensuring and ongoing optimization of ordering, goods receipt, and inventory management • Motivating, leading, and further developing the kitchen team • Pre-production of products • Working with new techniques such as blast freezing, sous vide, Pacojet, Green Vac, Freeze N Go, pasteurizing • Cross-departmental cooperation within the company • Independent preparation of dishes and daily specials • Compliance with the hygiene concept according to HACCP Your profile: • Completed training as Koch/in EFZ • Experience as Sous Chef/in or Head Chef/in • Experience on various stations • Friendly, professional, as well as customer- and service-oriented appearance • High sense of quality and responsibility • Independent way of working • Good German skills We offer: • Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths • Independent work • Discounts in our business • Discounts await you in our 2nd business in Faulensee • Flexible catering options • Staff accommodation subject to availability
