Job Description Holistic consulting of managers and employees on all personnel-related topics Leadership, coaching, and further development of the HR team Ensuring efficient HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle Responsibility for labor law topics as well as compliance with labor law Management of personnel administration, payroll interfaces, and HR systems Accompanying the entire recruiting process for retail and headquarters functions Support in compensation, benefits, and performance processes Analysis of relevant HR key figures as well as participation in HR and transformation projects Identification and implementation of process improvements for the further professionalization of the HR organization Profile Further training in the field of HR (HR Fachausweis, CAS, MAS, Personalleiter) or HR studies Several years of experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist Initial leadership experience and joy in the development of teams Sound knowledge of labor law Experience in a dynamic retail, fashion, or service-oriented environment is an advantage Very good German and English skills; Italian is a plus Pragmatic, hands-on mentality and high implementation strength Communicative, positive, and team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation The Offer Responsible leadership position with high creative freedom Direct collaboration with the Country Management and international stakeholders Opportunity to sustainably further develop HR processes and organizational structures Dynamic, international environment with short decision-making paths Home office possibility (1 day per week) jpid8436617jm jit0834jm jiy26jm
