To support its development, we are looking for our future Sales Director. Reporting to the Management, you will drive the company's commercial development and contribute to its general management: you will define the sales strategy, lead the sales team, and be responsible for turnover growth, margins, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring proper internal organization.

Your missions
Strategy & commercial development
Define and deploy the commercial strategy: segments, offers, pricing, and growth objectives.
Develop the company's reputation and market share in French-speaking Switzerland.
Prospect, win new customers, and retain existing accounts.
Maintain relationships of trust with customers, design offices, and partners.
Ensure competitive intelligence and identify new opportunities (markets, products, partnerships).
Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and professional gatherings.
Offers, costing & margins
Establish the costing of offers and tenders, particularly for TGBT electrical panels and panels entrusted to subcontractors, using professional software such as WinProgitel or Polylog. Knowledge of programming concepts is necessary to perform these costings.
Develop, present, and negotiate offers in connection with the technical office, and manage tenders from costing to final submission.
Ensure the follow-up of offers and tenders.
Negotiate with customers and suppliers and monitor cost prices and margins.
Structure commercial follow-up (CRM, reporting) and manage key indicators.
Management & organization
Recruit, supervise, and lead the sales team; set individual and collective objectives.
Evaluate performance, support skill development, and unite around objectives.
Collaborate closely with the technical and production management to align the offer and capacities.
Supervise the administrative, contractual, and financial aspects of projects and guarantee the smoothness of internal operations (purchasing, HR, accounting).
Direction & governance
Assume global responsibility for the organization, lead management meetings, and represent the company to the Board of Directors.
Ensure the financial monitoring of the company: turnover, budgets, and key indicators.
Supervise HR processes with the HR partner: recruitment, integration, annual interviews, training, and contract management.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and salary policy, and guarantee compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Higher technical education (electrotechnics, automation, electrical engineering).
Proven experience (5 to 7 years) in B2B commercial development with a technical-commercial approach, ideally in electrical panels, automation, or industry.
Mastery of costing, cost estimations, and public and private tender procedures.
Skills in managing margins, budgets, and indicators, with the ability to manage a profit and loss account.
Experience in management and coordination of teams, with a strong sense of analysis as well as notions of risk management.
