YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Functional and personnel leadership as well as further development of the HR team
• Independent support of defined support areas as HR Business Partner
• Sparring partner for the executive management as well as managers in strategic and operational HR topics
• Responsibility for the implementation and further development of HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle
• Close cooperation with the HR departments of the other locations and active participation in cross-location HR projects

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Higher education with a focus on Human Resources, business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic Human Resources management
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong advisory and communication skills as well as a confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Enjoy developing, promoting and delegating responsibility to employees
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
