Would you lead one of the largest FM accounts in Switzerland? We are looking for a personality who takes overall responsibility – commercially, in the customer relationship, and in the leadership of the Switzerland-wide team of over 1’000 employees. You are the entrepreneurial link between the customer and our service delivery, and you actively shape how the account develops in the coming years. The role is demanding, visible, and associated with real creative freedom – professionally, commercially, and in leadership. What awaits you Strategic management of the account: growth, profitability, long-term customer loyalty Leadership of the account team with 6 direct reports as well as the entire mandate organization in the matrix Responsibility for the user experience of the service users on site as well as for customer satisfaction Development of new services and innovative solutions for the customer (efficiency, user experience, digitalization, sustainability, technology) Management of the governance structure with the customer Effective communication and cooperation with the customer contact persons as well as internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes Budget and profit responsibility Ensuring that all activities are in accordance with the compliance guidelines and governance requirements.
