Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a permanent position, a Head Chef Manager for a collective restaurant. • At the head of a brigade of experienced professionals, your main objective will be to offer refined and tasty culinary services combining tradition and modernity to a demanding clientele • Organize, coordinate the smooth operational running of your establishment and its team, while guaranteeing the excellence of the service offered • Manage financial costs (purchases, human resources) as well as the administrative management of the establishment • You supervise, organize and coordinate the work of the brigade • You plan the menus and guarantee culinary quality on a daily basis, while respecting the operating budget • You bring your expertise in World Cuisine (Bistronomy) • You are in charge of orders, control of goods reception, stock management and inventories. • You plan cocktails and VIP lounges according to client requests • You are the guarantor of food safety processes, implementation and compliance within the establishment • Continuous schedule from Monday to Friday \------- Profile sought: • Cook's diploma and training in hotel and catering management, your career path has allowed you to hold the position of Head Chef or Manager for at least 3 years • You are creative and innovative, trained in World Cuisines and sensitized to Bistronomic cuisine • Perceived as a natural leader by your teams, you are also a good manager capable of controlling your costs. • You have excellent knowledge of French (English is a plus) and IT (usual tools) • You have significant experience in production organization (structure, team, hygiene) • You are flexible, motivated and organized • You are autonomous, proactive and customer-oriented • Vehicle owner • Living in the Porrentruy region And if you are ready to take on this exciting challenge offering great prospects, send us your application as soon as possible!
