Type of work:

• Telephone support of customers in the administrative area (incl. invoice inquiries)
• Logging incoming conversations
• Identifying sales opportunities (Sales, Up- & Cross-Selling) and optimizing the customer portfolio
• Recording and processing disturbances in 1st-level support
• Friendly and competent advice on products and services

Requirements:

• Fluent, accent-free German (oral & written) and good understanding of Swiss German, other languages an advantage
• Very good PC and IT user skills as well as technical understanding of telecommunications
• Strong communication skills, sales affinity and enjoyment of consulting
• Shift work: MO-SO from 07:00-24:00
• Availability at 100% during the 3-week training
