What awaits you: • You are responsible for defining and monitoring the SLA of "your" customers in the area of SAP basis and application services • You monitor the agreed customer service reporting and continuously develop it together with the internal subject matter experts from the various delivery units • You maintain close cooperation with the Key Account Manager and Finance/Controlling and ensure correct service billing • As part of the presales phase, you advise existing customers on operational and applicative SAP topics • In new customer business, you also prove your expertise and support the sales organization in the creation of offers, calculations and presentations • In the role of project manager, you lead demanding SAP maintenance and service projects, but especially complex transition & transformation projects • As an SAP CEE in partner management, you proactively support and promote our customers and partners What you bring with you: • You are proud of your degree as a Business Information Scientist HF or FH and want to demonstrate the acquired knowledge and skills in practice • You already have professional experience, ideally also initial leadership experience in projects with matrix organizations • You are experienced in either SAP technology, application or consulting and are also willing to get to know other SAP areas
