Your task ##

• Independent execution of the monthly payroll runs
• Processing of the relevant notifications and declarations in the area of social insurance and withholding tax
• Administrative support of employees during entries, exits, and other personnel mutations
• Creation of evaluations and reports
• Participation in the further development of HR processes

Your profile ##

• Successfully completed commercial basic training with HR or payroll further training required
• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Sound knowledge of social insurance and labor law expected
• Confident handling of ERP and payroll systems is required
• Fluent German skills as well as good English and French skills needed
