Dishwasher & Kitchen Assistant (M/F) at 100%

Located in the Franches-Montagnes, in the heart of the Swiss Jura, the gastronomic restaurant flora is looking for a careful, reliable and motivated person to strengthen its team.

Your role is essential to the smooth running of the kitchen: you ensure the cleanliness of the equipment and workspaces, while providing support for culinary preparations.

Your missions:

• Ensure the washing of dishes, cutlery, pots and kitchen utensils.
• Check the cleanliness of the equipment and store it in the designated locations.
• Clean and maintain the dishwashing area, equipment, worktops and floors according to established procedures.
• Perform waste sorting, empty bins and clean containers.
• Participate in simple preparations under the chef's instructions: washing vegetables, peeling, cutting and mise en place.
• Help with the storage of goods and maintaining order in storage areas.
• Respect hygiene and safety rules, and report any anomalies.

Your profile:

• You are punctual, organized and attentive to the quality of your work.
• You apply instructions and procedures regularly.
• You know how to work efficiently while remaining careful, including during busy periods.
• You enjoy teamwork.
• You are comfortable with standing work and physical tasks.
• You are available to work in the evening and on weekends.

Experience in dishwashing or in the kitchen is highly appreciated.
