Here is what motivates you in the morning: • You advise our clients during technical workshops regarding modern customer experience and CRM solutions based on Microsoft Cloud. • You design solution and system architectures and define the technical foundation for successful client projects. • You assume responsibility for the design and implementation of solutions and accompany projects from the idea to production. • You act as a technical partner for clients, consultants, and development teams. • You identify new technological possibilities early and actively integrate innovations from the Microsoft ecosystem into client projects. • You develop best practices, architecture standards, and technical strategies for modern customer experience solutions. • You share your knowledge within the community, support your colleagues, and contribute to the evolution of our service portfolio. We expect from you: • Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Principal Consultant in the fields of CRM, customer experience, or Microsoft Cloud. • Experience with Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, or comparable CRM platforms. • Enthusiasm for modern technologies and innovations in the Microsoft environment. • In-depth knowledge in solution architecture, integration, data models, and cloud technologies. • The pleasure of explaining complex technical contexts in an understandable way and advising clients on equal footing. • Great personal initiative, a pragmatic orientation toward solutions, and the ambition to create lasting value for clients. • An IT background as well as a university degree (or equivalent) in computer science, business informatics, or a similar field, ideally. • Excellent command of German as well as a very good level of English. • Workplace in Zurich, Bern, or Basel with flexible working models.
