The Heilpädagogische Schulzentrum (HPSZ): One school - four locations. We teach and support our students holistically and individually from kindergarten age until leaving school. Our diverse pedagogical offering enables good academic, social, and personal development. For the HPSZ Solothurn and Olten, we are looking for an Application Manager, 80-100%, immediately or by arrangement.

Your responsibility

• You monitor the ongoing application operations.
• You ensure the control, maintenance, and support of the software for the HPSZ.
• You support the Head of School IT in the implementation of projects.
• You triage and resolve technical problems and application errors (First-Level Support) or forward them.
• You train employees in the core applications. You continuously analyze, document, and further develop the existing core processes.

Your profile

• You have a higher professional education (Informatiker/in HF, Betriebswirtschafter/in HF, Wirtschaftsinformatiker/in HF).
• In addition to very good O365 knowledge, you have experience with applications in the administrative school environment.
• You can demonstrate experience in requirements and project management.
• For this function, you bring a certification as ICT-Supporter SIZ or experience as a power user.
• Thanks to your networked thinking, you quickly grasp different interests and requirements and weigh them carefully against each other. You see yourself as an internal service provider with a high level of commitment and work in a solution- and team-oriented manner.
