Your mission: Leadership that does not just lead, but moves

Whether as Head or Deputy: You take responsibility for the operative and strategic orientation of our team. Your tasks? Diverse, challenging, and anything but boring:

• Team leadership with style: You lead our case processors with clarity, humor, and the necessary drive, coordinate recruitments, and ensure an onboarding that sticks, because leadership is more than specialist knowledge, it is the art of forming a team that achieves more together.
• Quality that is not just on paper, but lived: You secure our standards, represent us to the outside world, and further develop the KLIB specialist system, because stagnation is a foreign word to us.
• Meetings that show impact: You lead meetings, manage controlling processes, and are the first point of contact for internal and external partners. Because leadership also means keeping an overview and sometimes simply asking targeted questions.
• Innovation that inspires: You bring in fresh ideas and actively help shape the further development of our specialist office. We do not want to merely be part of the whole, we want to accompany it in a formative way.

What you bring or are willing to learn:

• A completed commercial or social insurance law training: ideally with leadership experience. (Because experience is like a good wine: it gets better with time.)
• Knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system and adult protection law is a plus, but not a must. We are happy to teach you everything you need to know.
• Practical experience with KLIB or similar systems would be ideal. Nevertheless, we place greater value on your willingness to learn and the ability to work confidently with new software solutions.
• Structured way of working, analytical thinking, and a sense for people. Because leadership does not only mean delegating tasks, but also motivating a team and sometimes simply listening.
