Tasks You are responsible for the operation and further development related to our employees' workstations and form the interface to the specialist groups and the suppliers Responsibility for the stable and high-quality operation of the assigned ICT services You independently analyze and resolve malfunctions on IT equipment via our ticketing system and support our on-site support You plan and execute small to medium-sized IT projects, monitoring the corresponding efforts, costs, and deadlines therein You are the contact person for users, project employees, as well as for external partners You carry out analyses of business requirements and create or revise service documentation.
