At GOURMER Event & Catering, you are the important support for our Head Chef. With your overview and your leadership, you bring our kitchen team together to the goal. YOUR TASKS - Support our Head Chef in production and event operations. - Coordinate stations, team and replenishment of supplies, ensure quality and hygiene. - Work flexibly yourself and adapt the distribution of tasks to the needs. WHAT YOU BRING Du have completed training as a cook, experience as a Sous-Chef and in event catering. You lead clearly, plan ahead and remain calm under pressure. YOUR PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE You work punctually, reliably, concentratively and in a team-oriented manner and appear friendly and professional. Clean work clothes, very good personal hygiene, well-groomed hair and beard as well as short, clean, natural fingernails are mandatory. No artificial or glued-on nails. Make-up, if worn, is discreet. No private mobile phone use and no chewing gum during work. DEPLOYMENT & FLEXIBILITY The starting time is binding. You are on site 15 minutes before the start of the assignment. Our team checks you in so that you can prepare and start punctually. End times are planned times and can vary depending on the event and program progress. You plan appropriate flexibility and extend your assignment if necessary upon instruction from the deployment management within the agreed framework.
