Tasks • Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees • Support for managers in personnel development and HR topics • Optimization and digitalization of HR processes as well as further development of SAP • Creation of HR key figures and participation in cross-departmental projects Requirement Profile • Commercial basic training with further training in HR (HR specialist certificate or comparable) • Professional experience in human resources, ideally in a manufacturing SME • Good MS Office skills as well as SAP experience is an advantage • Independent and structured way of working; trustworthy, communicative and service-oriented personality Our Offer • Interesting and varied activity in an internationally active company
