Your tasks • Excellent service and personal care for our privately insured patients before, during and after their hospital stay • First point of contact for all non-medical questions and requests • Management of the lounge and coffee service • Quality control for the provision of services for privately insured patients • Training of patient hotel staff Your profile • Completed training (EFZ) in hospitality, sales, tourism or commerce • Several years of experience in direct customer or guest contact • Service-oriented personality with genuine host attitude • Solution-oriented and proactive thinking • Very good oral and written German skills • IT-affine with very good user knowledge in MS Office • Willingness for irregular deployment in early and late shifts during the following working hours: Monday to Friday incl. public holidays, between 07:00 - 18:00 Excellent medicine.
