To complement our Customer Support team, for the spare parts and repair area, we are looking for a flexible and motivated personality as a Sachbearbeiter Customer Support (m/w/d). Your diverse range of tasks and competencies includes: Creating offers including calculation. Processing project and spare parts orders (including delivery note creation and invoicing). Maintenance of repair service. Recording of sales-specific master data per customer. Deadline monitoring and coordination with production project managers. Coordination of deliveries with customers and export department. Telephone customer support and advice. Administrative support for field sales and program managers. ERP key user function. Further development and optimization of internal processes. The ideal requirements are: Commercial training with good technical understanding or technical training. Several years of professional experience in internal sales or order processing in a production company. Very good English language skills in word and writing, minimum B2. Comprehensive PC and ERP experience. Experience as a key user is an advantage. Good networked thinking. Technical understanding, organizational skills, and assertiveness.
