You will take over the operational HR support independently and will be an important contact person for around 50 employees. HR Generalist 60 - 80 %

Your tasks

• You are responsible for smooth and professional administration for the entire HR Life Cycle and ensure efficient and quality-conscious processing
• You record, maintain and evaluate working time data and absences in SAP HCM and from January 2027 in the odoo system and are responsible for the monthly closing
• You are responsible for the monthly reporting of variable and fixed data to the outsourced payroll. You are also responsible for the preliminary control of the payroll run and the annual financial statements including the control of social insurances
• You advise employees and line managers on personnel-related issues
• You coordinate job advertisements, are responsible for recruitment administration, onboarding as well as the entry and exit processes
• You create HR statistics and evaluate the key figures
• Together with the management and the line managers, you actively accompany organizational changes
• You ensure compliance with legal requirements and advise the management and line managers on labor or social law issues

Your profile

• Completed further training in HR, for example HR specialist with federal diploma or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor law, experience with the Swiss MEM GAV is an advantage
• SAP and Odoo knowledge is an advantage
• German as a native language with good written and oral communication skills in English, French is an advantage
• Enjoy building structures, further developing processes and taking on responsibility
• You feel at home in an industrial environment
• You convince through integrity, discretion, your down-to-earth personality with a hands-on mentality and with an independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
